This premium threshed tobacco for pipes features a carefully selected blend of Virginia red leaf tobacco and Brightleaf, prized for their quality and traditional pipe-smoking characteristics. Often referred to as “smoking tobacco,” this is the highest grade of leaf used for crafting classic pipe blends.

The tobacco is whole leaf that has been mechanically threshed, meaning the mid-rib has been removed to make processing easier. Because threshing is done mechanically, small mid-rib remnants may remain. These tobacco leaves for pipe smoking require additional processing before use and must be cut with a mechanical shredder, such as our budget or heavy-duty shredding options.

In compliance with federal law, this product is sold only in quantities of 10 lbs. 1 oz. or more and is packaged in 5 kilo (11+ lb.) bags.
