Nice flavor and burn quality for balkan pipe blends. The 'real deal', will buy again.

Not enough of an expert to give a fair judgement since it's the first time I used it. Charming surprise for its aroma and taste.

But at last, I'm able to experiment for the legendary 'Old Gold' blend.

I was sent a sample to test out some blends and man, this stuff is no joke. It smells like gasoline infused charcoal.. I've mixed some with the Turkish and some bright leaf and it smokes pretty good. This is an ingredient from your grand pappy's pipe tobaccy. Not my cup of tea but I can see how it can be blended into something nice! A little bit goes a long way and too much can probably ruin a blend.

Hi! With all problems in Syria, especially around Latakie, we are lucky to still can use that fine tobacco in our blends. I've heard the it is now process in Chypre Island.
