cigarette tube

Hi and Merry Christmas! Does anyone know if there are tubes that are the same diameter or gauge as packaged cigs? The standard cig is 7.9 mm and tubes are all 8.2. Also, filter length seem to run 15-18mm, but a commercial cig typically has a 25mm filter. I find it bizarre that no one seems...
