Hi all. i have amber leaf that i have colour cured and now want to quickly age it for smoking. So do i take the temperature up to 162f and what should the humidity be and for how long?

I think you are confusing two processes. Kilning and flue curing. Flue curing is done to green leaf and reaches the temps you mentioned. Kilning speed ages the already cured leaf and hold 123-128F for two months with moisturized leaf. Some of us use a crock pot for both heat and humidity, some just supply a heat source and keep the leaf moist in a sealed container.
