I went to make a purchase from WLT and was told he still doesn't take MasterCard, so I went to PayPal and was told the same thing. All I have is MasterCard and I really don't want to open a new credit card account just to buy some tobacco. Anybody got any ideas?

If you sign up for a paypal account you can set it up so it takes the money right out of your bank account.

I can feel your frustration. I was in the same boat a few months ago. I actually called my card company and asked if they could switch my card to a Visa. They told me no, but they had no problems with closing that account and opening me another with Visa. That wasn't the first time I'd had the problem so I figured I don't need a card from a bunch of prejudice jackasses that think they can tell me how I can spend my money. What was really funny was that the customer service lady that was helping me with all this asked me why I wanted to close the account. When I told her, she said she was a smoker too and was going to consider doing the same on principle. She probably won't but it made me chuckle.

Paypal is trying to extort $2,000 from me just to be able to accept Mastercard. This is a paypal policy and not a mastercard policy. I am trying to do everything I can to cut ties with paypal, but right now, they have me by the balls.

A Visa, American express, Discover debit/credit card will work for payment processing. Also any Visa, American express GIFT card will also work.

Daniel, You missed a step with your last attempt to order. Do Not use the "check out with paypal" option if you are using a gift card or pre-loaded credit/debit card. Use the "credit card" option at check-out.

I only made one mistake... I must be gettin good at this internet stuff. Thanks for the input guys, guess I'll check into opening a visa.
