I see propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin are used as humectants in making snus. From previous vaping experience, I know that PG is irritating to me. So, just wondering if anyone has tried beetroot powder or beet sugar extract in snus. Admittedly, I'd have to look into the exact difference between the two, since I don't know how much they differ. Both are apparently food-grade humectants that can also be used in cosmetics.

Way out of left field for a first post, so won't be surprised if I don't get many replies. Thanks for reading, anyway. :D

Welcome to the forum. Feel free to introduce yourself in the Introduce Yourself forum. Scan through the topics in our Index of Key Forum Threads.

Oral snus users constitute a relatively small percentage of forum members. From having read through thousands of posts made to the Smokeless forum over the past 12 years, I can say with fair certainty that the words "beet" and "beetroot" have not previously been mentioned.
