Can you save tobacco that has dried green?

It looks like I had my humidity off & my leaves dried very green. Is it possible to rehydrate & re cure them?

They are probably trash. You can try hanging them in direct sunlight, to break down the chlorophyll, but the other chemical processes that need to happen won't.
