I'm finding these leaf deformation in most plants. Anything anyone can tell me about why this might be happening would be appreciated. You can also see where some of the leaves are turning up and some are tearing on the side due to the "dish" shape of the leaves putting stress and tension on the outer edges. Is the spotted yellowing on the lower leaves of one or two of these pictures related to ripening? One plant that shows this sign has not been topped and the other was topped 3 weeks ago? I last grew a Virginia 116 type and didn't see any leaves like this. Any info would be appreciated.

Cupping of the leaves is typical of calcium deficiency. This is most often not caused by a lack of calcium in the soil, but by a soil pH that is outside the range for adequate absorption by the roots. At this stage, I would do nothing about it. Investigate the availability of soil testing in your state. You can submit the soil for testing after you are done harvesting, then have its guidance for supplementing your soil for next year.

The yellowing seems like typical ripening.
