Dry stems at lower temp to later Kiln?

So I can not air cure anything but Burley without it molding nights are too humid. I have Flu curing box I have been using for Virginia Bright Leaf and Samsun and it is the only way I can cure it. My Bright Leaf is very high sugar I mean extreme and when smoked alone it will bite hard. I am thinking of trying not going to 160 to dry the stem and keeping it at 130 until stem dries and then try kilning it. I don't want to gotoo high to kill those aging enzymes. Has anyone done this? Or do you think I will ruin my batch. Next year I am going to try Virginia Gold is it a little less sugar content than Virginia Bright Leaf?

I did this once. Only going to 135. I was told that it would eventually lose its sugar. It didn't. It was stable and good. I see no problem with doing it, so long as the lamina dry completely.
