It's That Time of Year
Families come together. Kids are on spring break. Special events are planned and enjoyed. Perhaps the schedule includes a journey to a hilltop or mountaintop (or swamp), to watch the sun rise. Spring weather slowly creeps into reality, day by day. There are special foods, and unique treats. Perhaps an egg hunt.
"Mommy, is that a solar eclipse, or an asteroid?"
"We can talk about it after you've eaten all your vegetables, Dear."
"Do we have asteroid glasses?"
"Eat your vegetables!"
