Hi guys, I know there's a few posts about fermentation times and methods, but I have just made a fermentation fridge kiln. I use a crockpot for heat and humidity. Crockpot gets me the temps I want between the 100F-130F the only problem is the condensation inside the fridge. I have the crock lid open about 1/3 of the way which gives me an RH of around 80%. I'm struggling with the condensation though. I only started growing tobacco last year. And I'm trying to ferment with similar temps they do when they ferment in bigger factories in pilones. Anyone have any idea of how to reduce condensation?

EDIT: If the interior walls of a fermentation chamber are the same temperature as the air within the chamber, then there is no condensation. The solution is insulation, insulation, insulation.
