I'll make sure to mix the soil with substrate and compost
As bad as it is for seedlings/seed starting, coconut coir, rehydrated with full strength triple-20 fertilizer, and then mixed with other soil amendments, makes a good, cheap source of a potting soil/compost “Simulant” that gives me great results.

If you want to try containers: this is the mix I use. If I can’t get screened compost or IMG_5140.pngcomposted cow manure, I just use purchased potting soil in its place. And since I use liquid fertilizer, I leave the time release fertilizer out, so it doesn’t interfere with ripening.

Love the tobacco vs. stoner pics, though I can't figure out the girl picture......

Looks good to me.
I envy the space you have.
I was a bit worried since it seemed transplanting slowed the growth process but indeed everything looks fine! I'll make good use of the space, I have more seedlings to put on cups in the coming days :)

Day 31 update

Found the bigger aztecs laying on the ground and had to do a quick fix with those plastic sticks. I emptied the water on the bottom since some started showing some yellowish leaves and dryness. I'll let the soil dry first and see if they improve

What's the minium amount of soil in Liters and minium height for nicotina tabaccum definitive pot?
There is no definitive. And my answer is in gallons.

Oriental: ~1 gallon
Full-size variety: ~4 gallons

I've grown 4-foot tall cigar varieties in a 1 gallon pot. The problem for me was that I had to anchor it to the ground, to prevent its blowing over in the slightest breeze. Tobacco roots seldom penetrate more than about 1 foot, though with enough artificial crowding (i.e. in a pot) the roots may extend to every bit of available soil.
