Flue cured Little Dutch

Anybody ever try? Is there enough residual sugar in the leaf to be bothered? Anyone dare me to just try it anyway?

I've never tried flue-curing Little Dutch. My guess is that it won't taste very nice. But I'm often wrong.

I guess I had better try a few leaves then. For science.

I had never heard of flue-curing Orientals. So, it was "for science" that I went ahead a flue-cured some. It turned out to be an excellent way to cure Orientals. But I did already know that Orientals tended to be higher in sugar, and that they sun-cured well.

Worst case with the Little Dutch is that you end up with some feedstock for Cavendish or Perique.
