I have ten GCR plants that I believe are mature and ripe. I've attached a couple pictures for reference.

Also, after some reading I've read of both air and flue curing of this variety. Which would be considered the correct way?

It seems likely that it is a "dark" type, so air-curing (plus kilning or long aging) would be my suggestion

That tracks with most of what I've read. Do you think these leaves should be primed or stalk cut? I'm worried about the temperatures dipping too quickly since I'm in Michigan.

Its a matter of preference. Stalk curing helps when humidity is low.
