I am preparing an order with WLT and looking to introduce a new flavour in my blending. I usually do Red/Lemon/bright Virginia 50% with burley 25% and light fire cured 25%. I am curious to see if anyone has tasted the pa viso, what the taste profile and nicotine content is.

Also the Rene ligero, taste and nicotine?

I find Maryland 609 light and bland for a reference.

I haven't tried those in a cigarette. My blend consists of:
45% virginia
20% burley
20% maryland
5% dark air
10% oriental

I taste layers of flavor. The dark air will have the kick you are missing from maryland and go well together. You may prefer more burley and less maryland. I do like the flavor of maryland but agree there is no kick. When I went 10% dark air and dialed back the virginia, the dark air was a little overpowering. I use the dark air as a condiment. The oriental adds a little floral flavor without taking anything away. I use the same blend for pipe or add a little latakia.
