Nice to be here. Portland Oregon is my new home. Spent last 28 years in the hot Phoenix Arizona sun. Anyway, I've been tube injecting commercial tobacco for past 20 years. My favorite was American Spirit. Original light blue can or dark blue. Since, they don't use preservatives. Ten years ago I bought a can and it smelled like fermenting grapes. So I called AS in Albuquerque NM. The lady was super nice. She said, on the bottom can, is stamped with package date. It was over one year old and trash it. I also asked her, the difference between light blue and dark blue of tobacco. She said light blue is Original blend. Of American tobacco and some South American. And the dark blue is all American tobacco. So back then, a can of AS was 26.00 dollars. Then, before Covid, it was up to 35.00. Currently 67.00 in Phoenix. I move to Oregon. Wholly cow Batman! It's 96.00 per can. Since I smoke 2 to 3 packs per day. That would be 5 cans a month. 500.00 per month. So I've jumped into the Whole Leaf World.

Thank you Bob. I've already made a rookie mistake. I went cheap on a 40 dollar shredder from Amazon. The shredder was to arrive Friday. And my first order from Whole Leaf was to arrive Saturday. We'll my order from Whole Leaf showed up Friday, instead of Saturday. And my shredder from Amazon is still delayed. So I canceled my Amazon order. That was coming from Seattle to Portland. And today, I just ordered the 150.00 shredder from Whole Leaf. Advice to all other new cigarette RYO's. You have to have a good shredder to process Whole leaf tobacco. The 150.00 you spend from Whole Leaf. Will pay for itself in no time. And you don't want to be trying to process/shredd with scissors. Because it sucks! I'd like to thank Whole Leaf Tobacco, for getting my order, to me quickly. And the free 1/2 pound of light fired cured. Also free sample of 2025 smoking Tobacco.

Interresting! I'm in New-Brunswick and a pack of Next PM Special is 21$. Currently growing a few plants for a hobby, but interrested in growing enough to smoke all year (or close). How much do you smoke daily versus how many plants? Also interrested in that blend of yours. I like a strong chooch that hits on my throat and gives me a relaxing buzz.
