Interesting information from old advertising

Here an old seed pack and a couple of advertisement for tobacco seeds.


The seed pack says "White Burley" and it also says "KY 35" which is still listed with the GRIN .




Some interesting comments about seeds still grown today.

Hmmm, White Twist Bud,thats a new one too me.However, i do notice some of my yellow twist goes from green to white before browning.

Hmmm. I wouldn't have believed it unless I seen it. Never saw anything like that before.

White tobacco, now that would make quite a novel cigar.
