I'm sure it would work well for cutting pipe tobacco or as a chaveta for cigar making. Just don't drop it on your foot.

Now that’s a wicked looking blade! Personally I use a “Salad Chopper” that can be found at most stores that sell kitchen utensils.

Edit Added: I also use a pizza cutter from time to time on wrappers to keep a more even cut.
