I wrap my cigars on a granite counter top, I have been spraying the granite down with water to allow the wrapper leave to stick to the surface making it easier to trim the leaf and wrap it tight. The times that I have done this the wrapper leaf ends up pretty wet. I do not see mold on the outside of the wrapper leaf but is there a chance mold could be growing on the inside of the cigar after it is rolled with the wet wrapper? Like I said there is no mold present on the outside of the cigar so I am unsure, figured Ide get some experienced opinions before I cut open a bunch of sticks, thanks.

You can set them to dry for a day or so to let the moisture equalize. Right now my house relative humidity % (RH%) is in the low 30%s. I can hardly get them rolled before they are too dry. During less dry times of the year, if I put them in a cigar box overnight I can watch the RH% in that box slowly raise or lower to ambient.

In short I would not worry too much. You can also test this with a moisture meter if you want to prove to yourself what is going on with inside moisture %. (Note that moisture % is different than RH%)

Okay that makes sense, I usually let the rolled cigar sit out and dry for a few days before placing in the humidor. Thank you.
