My wife and I were walking through the antique store looking for some different end tables for the house and stumbled upon this beauty. No markings at all, but the look and feel is old.

Copper line, appears to be a dense hardwood stained with a walnut stain. All in all $44.95 out the door and the wife even approves of it in the living room (encouraged it actually).

(Sorry not for sale ;))

My understanding was to help with moisture, I believe they were probably meant for pipe smokers.

You mean it didn't come with cigars in it?

I'd take it back if I were you.

In fact, ship it to me, I'll take it back for you.

Great find and price. If you need more levels, you can build a small self supporting shelf that will slide in and out without altering the cabinet itself. Looks perfect for what you're going to use it for.
