Hello ,its my first time growing tobacco, the left part is Virginia and right is Rustica. Should I leave one germ per box or let it be until its ready to be planted into bigger pot?
Also for some reason, some of them fell on the side and dont grow up. But that doesnt matter since I only want 2 or 3 plants from each kind, so 4-6 totally. As a first timer I planted more of it, if something went wrong.
The seeds were planted 19 days ago.

I thinned mine to one per cell after the second set of true leaves started to just be visible. You can compare the size of yours to mine in the pictures.

Yes, thin to 1 to 2 seedlings per cell. Seedlings can fall over due to not enough light and/or too much water. Look up "damping off" disease. Leave the cover off once seeds have sprouted.
Can I save the "damped off" seedlings?

Also for some reason, the stem grows to the side
Gonna have to watch that one for suckering. Bends in the main stem messes with growth hormones, and you will get heavy suckering near the bend in the stalk.
Happened to me, because I have no fan to put on my seedlings to strengthen the stalk.

It also happens when container plants get blown over by the wind: 4 hours on its side, and the plant will be growing in a new direction, just put them right as fast as you can and it will straighten out on its own, but, again watch for heavier suckering.
