Stag horn prime or stalk?

What’s your chosen method for harvesting dark Virginian plants?

Not Stag Horn but goose creek red in my case, but I prime it with good success. Since I grow only 80/100 plants per year, priming is my go-to method with all strains, with the notable exception of my N. rustica. If primed, rusticas invariably does not turn yellow.
