Tonka Bean, Liquorice and Molasses casing

I just made a awesome casing that I applied to some WLT Balkan Blend.

30 Grams Tonka beans. (A lot I know!)
X Rum.
1 TSP Molasses.
1 TSP Liquorice root.

Left it for two days and finally got it where I wanted it!

Hi Bob,

Just sweet enough, awesome aromatic smell, but just the lightest flavour.

I put it on some (very small amount of) Balkan and pressed it, turned out nice.

i take 1/8 of a paper towel folded over three times, hold on top of pure vanilla extract bottle
that has opening ~3/4 of square inch and turn upside down until it soaks through;
put unfurled in a 2-4Oz. bag of shredded cigarette tobacco is adequate for my taste.
it is cured but freshly shredded tobacco so it can be dried to a nice burning humidity in a short time.
note that i've heard manufacturers using licorice as well, and could probably use licorice extract or perhaps star-anise in the same manner.
i'm going to try the star-anise next as it's easy to obtain as is vanilla.
