Transfer to empty slot in seed tray

Is there a good way to transfer my seedlings that germinated more that one seed in a section of my seed tray to one that germinated none?

Is there a good way to transfer my seedlings that germinated more that one seed in a section of my seed tray to one that germinated none?

I use tweezers and get them deep underneath the seedling and without actually squeezing the tweezers, just lift it out by the soil that's underneath it. Make a hole in another cell and put it in there.

Thanks for this, is there a minimum age the seedling should be before I attempt this?

I would wait at least long enough to know that the vacant cells are truly vacant.
