They are Oriental tobaccos, which, as traditionally grown, produce relatively small leaves. They all (in both videos) appear to be Basma types. See the topics in the Index of Key Forum Threads. In the first video, you can see that the grower primes every leaf on the plant all at once. Of course, if they are all suitable for harvest, he could have stalk-harvested it, and stalk-cured it in the sun. (Stalk-sun-curing can eliminate all green from the leaves. Commercial Oriental tobaccos tend to have residual green, due to their centuries old practices.)
