I found a snus paper to bag every portion but I can't find anything online that ships to the EU
What do you use as paper for homemade snus?

When I was still using packets, I used paper tea bags! I just folded them up and put the tobacco in and immediately put it under my lip! Without sealing it. But I'm sure there are also tea bags that you can seal yourself! I can check later!

Wow! They are pretty cheap too! Most of the ones I see on amazon have neat little drawstrings to close them.
