What is GC-2?

I am going to have a shot at getting some plants in this year, going through my seeds I have received from wonderful members here.
Can anyone tell me what GC-2 is a type of or good for?

I have growing it. It's a cigar wrapper type (from 1980's I think).
It gives you around 70g tobacco and the best leaf will be around 58x29cm.

Are the seeds large? If so you could have an Indian commercial rustica.
