I believe Canadian Flue Cured Virginia is a good substitute.

Yeah there’s plenty of glue cured but no one sells air cured. Which is typical since there are very few air cured va in blends

Unfortunately my Southern Beauty that I air cured was hardest hit by the hurricane and I only was able to save about a pound from mold.

If this season goes well with my Virginias (Del Gold, Stolak17), I would be happy to gift you some of it. I believe such a personal gift shouldn't run afoul of any regulations. At least that's what the AI tells me...
