The color of the leaf is consistently lovely. Burn is, of course, superb.
Nicotine is a shade under medium. Smoke aroma is smooth and relatively mild, as expected. I detect a subtle earthiness. The flavor profile is narrow, but distinctive, and I have verified that this blends well with Habano and Pennsylvania varieties.
I consider this a good choice for improving burn of a blend, adding a drier edge, and generally broadening a flavor profile without intruding. A cooperative member of an orchestra.

Very good seco, nice dark color rich in flavor.. as deluxstogie said I can taste some earthiness but I get a better dose of chocolate/burnt caramel sweetness with a bit of spice halfway through. My best cigar ive rolled so far, can’t wait to try them in a few more months, smoked one after sitting out for 3 days and it was unbelievably good.

I’m surprised how much I like this. I think WLT’s description is pretty much spot on. I would add the caramel element as noted in a review above. Absolutely amazing room note. Right now my favorite secos are Vuelta Abajo and Corojo 06. This may soon join those two.

This filler is very versatile. I’ve paired it in all Dominican blends and with various Nica fillers and it works wherever you put it. Really shines when wrapped in Cameroon or Habano.

I’m going to be a little off from the other reviews. To be honest I was a little concerned when I first pulled some leaves from the bag because it reminded me of Indonesian Seco which I’m not fond of. The leaves are thin and soft like an old T-shirt. My experience with the similar Indo was it kindled poorly. Same here with this leaf. It does kindle a little better but only slightly. Lots of relights. Flavor is very nice early on but about half way through the stick I get a pectin taste just like the Indo Seco. If you like a stick that lasts longer than an hour then this may suit you.
