I've decided to start a new log to bring it up to date. I'm still in the hospital, (have been since November.) Got my youngest daughter up to plant the baccy for me, so all is good. Does look like I'll have to put wheel chair hoist in if l want to live upstairs, but thats not a biggie.

Hey guys, thanks for your replies. Looks like I will have to learn how to walk again, must have done a mischief to my back when I went ass up and stopped under the truck.(wasn't running fortunatly) still it was a good opportunity for an under body inspection while waiting for the ambulance. pill time, see ya in a while.

I can see the same as knuckles...but @Oldfella, how is it possible that you almost always manage to include someone’s toes in your pictures!

Maybe that's why I was an engineer and not a photographer. Don't know what's wrong with the pictures. I just got a new tablet so maybe I just have to learn how to drive it. Daughter is here now so we will see if she can help.

Hi Bob, it's the Tasman Sea.(The puddle between us and Australia.) The weather here at that time was perfect. Spring tides, smack in the middle of a low pressure system. The council in their wisdom sent out the Fire Brigade, dunno what they were going to do, pump it back into the ocean??? However they have raised the stop bank,(I think you guys call them Levies) didn't seem to have any effect on my Baccy plants,so that was good.
Pacific ocean. Back of my house.Tasman Sea at the front. I live on a little peninsula at the mouth of the Awanui River.
