You can knead the snus to make it hold together better. Some people do it with a machine but I do it by hand with vinyl gloves and it works.
I can see that some retailers sell gum arabic to make the snus stickier.
Did you add glycerine and/or propylene glycol?

Yes, batches with glycerin and glycerin + propylene glycol and without them are now stored and ripening in my refrigerator, I did not notice a difference in stickiness.

You need to knead it hard for it to become sticky.
I put the snus on a baking plate and knead it with vinyl gloves.
I suggest you use vinyl gloves cause nicotine is absorbed by the skin.

The video on YouTube by Snus at home was great, I'm a nasal snuff guy but, I'm getting pretty tempted to try Snus

Stem flour is lower flavour and nicotine.

I was under the impression from somewhere that the veins and the midrib had elevated amounts of Nicotine, more nicotine than in the lamina in fact?

Tobacco stalks, leaf stems and secondary veins transport alkaloids to the lamina, where it is accumulated. So the lamina will usually be higher in nicotine as well as volatile aromas.
