I don't think I'm overwatering, but I think I'm overfertilizing. I've taken off the offending leaves and will keep a close eye on the three plants.
If the same problem reappears I'll flush the growbags through with clean water.
I've been watering without fertilizer. The plants are shooting up with no more dodgy leaves.

The remaining ten plants from this 2024 1st grow are shooting up now. Twenty+ leaves on the tallest at just under four feet tall, and no sign of flower buds. The plants that flowered early were mainly stalk cut, and although the leaves are relatively small, they colour cured and dried okay.

These KY17 plants are nearing 5 feet now, with plenty more leaves appearing on each plant and no sign of flowering. Looks like I should get a good quantity of tobacco from these ten plants. A shame that the Spectrum flowered so early. I may have better luck on my second and third grows with the Spectrum.

Things are getting crowded on the roof terrace. Ten plants from the first grow at the back and eighteen plants from the second grow at the front. I'm breaking leaves on the tallest plants when I water. Some of the second grow get no sun at all. I topped the three tallest plants (all over five feet) this morning even though they are not budding, so as to hopefully create a bit of space in the sunny areas in two or three weeks time. Seven more plants will be topped over the next couple of weeks as they pass the five feet mark. I'm hoping to have the first grow all stalk cut and hanging in the curing shed/tent by the middle of September if possible. I have to keep a route from the washing line to the washing machine clear, so I have to be up and about, and clear a path before my better half gets back from her morning walk.

I’m gonna go show this to my wife.
Let her know it’s not unusual to have balcony space crowded out until laundry can’t be done.
Maybe they can start a support group?

This, and many other original town houses, were one room wide by two rooms deep. On the ground floor, behind the second room was a walled patio, open to the elements, surrounded by other properties on three sides (four sides including my property). This is where animals could be kept, and quite often the staircase to the next floor.
This house is old, and all floors are wooden beams (mobila or movila) with small arched ceilings between beams. Tin baths were used on the ground floor where water could be heated over the fire. As a result, there was never a possible weight problem.
Fifty or sixty years ago, many small and medium size town houses converted the back patio into liveable two storey extensions using steel reinforced building methods. This allowed owners to put in fitted bathrooms (luxury). Luckily my terrace is at the top of this newer structure with no balcony overhangs. Some of the more wealthy residents have Jacuzzies on their roof terraces. I'm quite happy with tobacco plants.

Stalk cut and let wilt, five of the ten KY17 plants yesterday. Just hung them in the curing tent/shed half an hour ago. I should have waited another week really, but lack of space has forced my hand.
I know the feeling.
Wives just keep obsessing about laundry, for some reason….
Had to harvest my bonsai Rustica for the same reason.

I just had a look through your grow log. Great stuff! ^^ That's exactly where my TN90 is at right now; it should have another week or more, but I'm harvesting the lower leaves today because I have some of their younger siblings taking up room beside them. Unfortunately I got hit with a nasty slug infestation this year, and lost a few plants that were replaced with slightly smaller ones. Anyways, I've got a wonderful spot in my shed's attic with plenty of clean room and hot air to go around.

Had to harvest my bonsai Rustica for the same reason.
"Bonsai Rustica"… I like it! I have a few leftover plants from my trays that are tiny but flowering and doing well (I fertilized them out of pity, heh). Funny thing about Rustica and me; I was told it was very easy to grow, but it's done the worst by far out of all my varieties/cultivars. I don't know if that's because it's Limonka Rustica or if my humid climate is just bad for it. Although the Rustica was the first to germinate, at least 5 plants eaten to the ground by slugs within days of being transplanted, and another three were lost to caterpillars. The ones that survived the assault are these little malformed plants (pictures attached) with leaves the size of my palm. That's not a funny camera angle; the leaves on top are much bigger than on the bottom! I harvested a dozen good leaves from one of five of these plants, and a week into their curing process they actually look quite nice (turning brown, no issues). However, I'm not super hopeful as to how they'll be for use in an actual product.

Picture Disclaimer: I am not liable for any personal harm you may experience after seeing the terribly malformed monstrosities that are my Limonka Rustica plants!

The final plants from this 2024 1st grow are now stalk cut and colour curing (sorry to all you folks in the U.S.A., but I cannot write "colour" without the "u").
So far, I have 250 medium and small size leaves dried, hanging and going in and out of case daily. I'm hoping to get another 200+ leaves from the plants that are colour curing now. As usual I made many mistakes with this grow. I'm just happy that it turned out relatively well. Hopefully not so many mistakes on the second grow this year, which appears to be going well.
Thanks to all for help and comments.

Practice makes perfect, and it seems you did quite alright.
Not quite. Checking in the curing shed/tent this morning, I noticed a couple of the leaves that had yellowed and then gone on to brown, showed a sort of wet rot where they were attached to the main stalk. I've now picked all leaves that have fully yellowed and moved them inside where the humidity is a bit lower. I'll keep an eye on the couple with rot and If I think it's creeping down the leaf I'll bin them.

@oldfellainspain – Ah, that's too bad about the wet rot. So far, I'm doing okay. I've got the vast majority of my leaves curing in a very dry and reasonably warm — between 19ºC and 26ºC depending on the day, and I have a heater to help it along. Humidity is at 50% almost all the time. As autumn creeps in and the weather changes, I will be sure to keep an eye on any leaves whose stems haven't fully dried.

Still having a problem with wet rot on hanging leaves. Temperatures are in the mid 80'sF in the day and mid 70'sF in the night. RH never lower than 70% and climbing to 90% and above at night. Very stormy for the next few days. Would improved air flow help? I can get a fan to get all leaves swaying gently.
Desperate to not loose any more.

Here the humidity is between 70% and 95% every day now, and I have circulation fans running 24/7 (cold air), and I have no problems with mold at all. I did the same last year and it worked very well.
