Can I replace flue curing with fermenting?

I am growing TN90 Burley this year. I read online this type of tobacco has a higher sugar content for Burley and it suggests flue curing this type of tobacco.

Can I replace the flue curing with fermenting the tobacco after it’s done drying in my shed? I have built a fermentation chamber out of an old mini frig.

What? Where?

TN90 is commercially, always air-cured. So, your proposed process is correct. Air-cure in the shed for at least two or three weeks beyond when it turns brown. Then you can kiln the tobacco in your chamber.
