A figurado is any cigar that's not a cylinder (parejo).

.. How does one make a culebra? Is there a mold for that?

Yes and no I think. I've looked at it as there being 2 types of culebra styles. Typically done with 3 cigars, you can use more.

Loose, like a Partagas or DAVIDFF and others.


and tight, like a Medusa and others.



The looser technique I've used a lancero or so size mold with a normal fill packing. The tighter one with and without a mold with a looser filler packing to allow for the more manipulation needed.

Keep in mind, they'll need to be a little wet or, freshly made to be able to bend together.

posting good pix of the actual item will help. be sure to show how well they fit together with a side shot. really, he is asking a lot for them. These are some typical going rates.

What are you really interested in for trade? best thing to do, take good pix of all the stuff he has and, post before you pay for them if possible.

These are both unused, near perfect condition moulds.




Both left are in exactly the same condition. I can post more pics when I get home if anyone wants to see more and from different angles. I will shoot both together as well.

Open for for trade of lancero mould and or binder/wrapper leaf.
