Dear Group as part of this years crop I've grown a couple of Lemon Aztec. Does anyone have any tips for me, should I be pinching out the suckers, should I remove the flowers?
Thanks chaps
Definitely sucker them and remove the flowers.
They won’t have any nicotine in them, otherwise.
Don’t starve them for water: rusticas need to be pampered for water. Letting them wilt kills yields and nicotine.
After topping, keep suckering and removing followers for at least 30 days before stalk harvesting and color curing.
If you really want to push for max nicotine, go to 45 days after topping. No more will be made after that.

Thanks Johnny that's great info. For some reason I'd got it into my head that you just leave them to do their own thing. I'll get on that soon as.
This is where I found the information:
(Page 38 of the pdf file/page 35 of the document has a good summary of best practices, if you don’t want to read the whole thing)
