Been lookin for a pipe

After looking at that German water pipe that looks space age, I've been thinking of making something that you might have seen on Hee-Haw. With a Mason jar, maybe a 1/2 gallon, for the bottom. Something household or automotive for the riser and one of the old glass ash tray lamp bases for the ash tray. Top it off with replacement bowls for Hookahs and some nice hoses. Functional but stylish, in a redneck sort of way.

Some of the best pipes have visable welds And the metal work dont look to hard. You can buy steams and purge valves.
