If I lived there by you that last one he has would be gone already 350 makes it worth paying shipping cost.
I'd put a small window on 2 sides and in the door.
How many cubic feet is that?
The way your doing your air is good I like the 4 I air out vents in the ceiling it should even up the draw.
I'm jealous
I am jealous of you, you sir are a engineer.
I can have a design in my head but putting it on paper is another story.
I just do it by the seat of my pants.

Okey Dokey Day Two.
Nobody has what I need wasted the morning.
I will build myself , upper air distribution box. Got her done.
installed light and it even works on a switch.
Installed upper air box after paint dried.
Got the exhaust rough plumbed in and some pipes insulated.
I sealed all the pipes with aluminum tape good for up to 240 degrees.
She might not be perfect but I am up against Time.
I want her done by the weekend. But waiting on eBay parts
It will also be a updraft Ain't that the way they do it?
Window in door is a must but on the back of the list.
I did not weld the box tight, just spot welded that is why the aluminum tape is on it.
I did not have my helmet at home , I will be putting potatoes on my eyes tonight .

That is looking so great! The air box is a beauty work, after seeing it I assume your going to do a heat box.
You will want a window and a way to position your dry / wet bulb in front of it so you can see it through the window.
You want to avoid opening your door when curing.
Not trying to bring you down...
The duct tape is good but I had problems with it when I used it in the beginning a sealer is better. Seal all screws too.
The light my be OK not sure, I am thinking it will keep that area of your chamber hotter.
You might want to swap it for a oven bulb screwed into a rubber pigtail. If you need to replace it is easy and cheap.
You will build condensation, it will get like a rain forest in there. Maybe set the box with something under the back so there is a
slight down grade / slope toward to door and it can weep at the bottom of the door to drain off.

You young man are going to have a kick ass chamber.

Metal container; electrical wiring; wet environment. Don't forget to use a ground fault breaker.

I completely agree with both of the above. It would be nice to continue playing with this hobby ALIVE and able to SEE.

I spoke with one of my customers this morning, he has a son who bought or got a walk-in to use for deer meat. He could not get it running and my be willing to sell it.
If he is and the cost is right I'll be getting that puppy!

Wow another one, I do not think I could get a ROI in a life time. These are not cheap to build that is even trying to be cheap about it.

Lol that would depend on how much you use it..
It would be nice to prime the patch maybe 4 times as opposed to 10 plus times saving time and energy = $$

Was going to say you could sweat a lot of tobacco at one time > than this picture entered my mind of a dozen hot plates lined up on the floor
each with a pan of water to add humidity... Would need a freaking boiler than lord it goes on and on!
