Needed a smaller one for some 36 rg I'm working on, went looking around for something to use. Lightbulb went on. Couple of twists with a chamfer and deburring tool and it's very sharp. Obviously this has been deprimed and cleaned very thoroughly.

The word for "cartridge" in spanish is casquillo.

May actually be more violent, not sure. Still continues its work as part of a hole punching team, but much cheaper and quieter to run now.

...before I got more than halfway done wrapping that 10 pack of thirty sixers.

n.b.: this is actually a touch small for 36rg if you use it flat, at least the way I roll, but it works well if you do the tilt-and-roll a bigger circle routine

this trick works across the board: you can use 3 or so different diameter casquillos and cover the entire range of rolled cigars

Yeah, I wish I had three. I have two, spread pretty far apart. One I use for like 38-46, and the other for 48-54. I could really use something unique to the 44-48 range.

Although.... If I could have five sizes, I'd be happy too.

I have a lathe. I'm sure we could work something out :)

I need something with a cutting diameter of ~48. I paid two robustos each for the two I have now. :) The maker was a friend of a fellow roller; I haven't seen the roller around for a couple years now. I think at the time I inquired as to the possibility of a middle size but I think the dude didn't have pipe in that range.
