Cigar tuck cutters

I am having a friend who works in the tobacco industry and is a machinist manufacture a cheaper proffesional tuck cutter. Tuck cutters being extremely sought after and hard to find , while the modernized proffesional each being over $350 . The basis of the design will be after this picture of bid I lost but modernized of course...

Now the desicion to manufacture would strongly be influenced by demand , so please let me know if you would be interested ( the machinist makes tobbaco accessories for a living ) and it would be very high quality at less than half the price
