Hello folks of FTT. Long time pipe smoker, very occasional cigar sipper, and enthusiastic new nasal snuff taker with a desire to learn about tobacco cultivation and/or home blending. I live in Colorado Springs, just got my first house and have a fair amount of garden space but not experiencing grown tobacco. Dream would be to find some heirloom cultivars to test in producing green snuffs. I'm a huge fan of Rosinski and have fallen in love with his grüner schnupfs (Driesener being a fast favorite). I admire his natural and old world approach to blending and have tons of questions about fermentation (using fruit/vegetable juices) and which plants would grow both grow well in my zone and lend themselves well to green and brown snuff blends. Will be in and around as time permits. Cheers.
