I dont keep my very small scraps but I've been saving left over stuffing (about 3" long) I'd like to roll some short skinny stogies but when I try I'm pretty shitty at it...

I dont keep scraps that small, I keep the cut off from the wrapper or anything atleast 2" or 3" long, I toss everything smaller. I smoke pipe too and was smoking the scrap but I got plenty of pipe tobacco that taste alot better.

Here are some sizes for comparison. The top is a quick hand rolled, second with a 120mm roller, a cigarette, and one from a smaller roller, I think 110mm, partially smoked.

I’ve been rolling cigarillos with scrap for filler. The binder and wrapper are cut from between the side veins of a large leaf. I get about eight wrappers and four binders per leaf with this method. I use a curled up piece of paper as an aide to forming the filler bundle.

Surprisingly satisfying little smoke

As mentioned above, avoid the temptation to over-fill.
