Has anyone here grown green briar ?

What is it like as a cigarette tobacco ? Seeds seem to take an abnormal amount of time to germinate, like over 2 weeks minimum.

Older tobacco seed takes longer to germinate, so despite the fact that one season's worth of seed is a lifetime supply, it is important to collect seed in future grows. For example, I received Piloto seed from a grower. It took 1.5 to 3 weeks to germinate, but seed collected from that season germinated in less than a week.

Ok, I suspect the seed could be older, so am collecting some fresh this time round
