Hey Yall,
I've been rolling since December, I started with paper wrapped then found 2 molds locally for a great price. Its 50x7 so I've been playing with that. I found a guy on Etsy that is making molds (plastic) so far so good. I bought his 38 gauge, 42 gauge and his 4 inch short story molds. They are great and very inexpensive. They are 3 slot molds which is fine by me. I've gotten leaf from WLT and LO. I have watched so many videos that the algorithm on you tube is almost all cigars at this point
Lately I've been trying to recreate the blends of some of my favorite sticks.
So far I've gotten Casa Cuba (Fuente) down to a science and if I can get my hands on the leaf I'm going to attempt the Bolivar Cofradia and the Hemingway Short Story.
I have to say getting the fancier leaves is a problem. I understand that the 2 companies are just like us struggling to leaf they want for us. So, Yall's efforts are much appreciated. Keep up the good work
Thank and Happy Rolling
