I'm suspecting PVY on this Little Dutch. I noticed an aphid infestation on an adjacent, asymptomatic plant but no pests on this particular plant. Grown in a community garden plot with potatoes and tomatoes in neighbouring plots. The 16x Little Dutch got topped last weekend, though the 20x corojo I'm also growing are a couple of weeks from topping. Should I cull this plant, or let it ride? Will the leaf quality suffer dramatically, and how big a risk is it to the crop?

With PVY, I would suggest pulling and destroying that plant. Then avoid working on other tobacco until you have changed your clothing and washed your hands. Sanitize any tools that have touched the plant.

This article is mostly about potatoes, but provides a lot of insight on the virus.

It's worth noting that the virus is harmless to humans, though harvesting and curing the affected leaf may lead to subsequent spread.
