why my tobacco is hard to burn?

sorry sir I'm new comer
this is my tobacco that I ever proccessed before





sorry using flas so look so pale
the problem my tobacco are dry and easy burned
but why it hard burn countinusly ?
when I made the humidity are enough , they hard to burn
so I'm affraid to flavouring proccess

then now
what I should do for my tobacco?
should I adding something maybe?
or doing something for my tobacco?

and

do you have any sugestion for flavouring especially without using alcohol exactly ?
because I still confused on flavouring proccess?

You will find that home processed tobacco, unlike commercial blends with all the additives, will burn very differently. You will need to pack you pipe differently (usually a little tighter), and may need to experiment with how wide/small you cut it; thin ribbons for hard to burn varieties, thicker for easy to burn.

I recommend concentrated flavor oils for candy, such as LorAnn oils. These are made with oil and glycerin, no alcohol.

I had poorly burning oriental tobacco once. I am unsure why. The main suspect for my tobacco was excessive fertilization. Another suspect is that I used a lot of tap water that year for irrigation and chlorine is known to impede combustibility in tobacco. It always burned to a black ash and was difficult to stay lit. This tobacco has aged 4 years now, and it burns better than it did before, but it's not great.
