The letter I got from the AZ Attorney General said "...or cause anyone from Arizona to buy tobacco...", so technically, I can't even tell you to have someone from out of state order it and then have them ship it to you or go pick it up where it was shipped to.

The mass exodus from California to AZ has changed things for the worse. From now on, I'll only post things I've done in the past. I'll comply, until I move.

Sure, blame the things worse about AZ than California on the Californians!

Interesting......according to AZ's OWN law, they can't ban WLT except for cigarettes! Read:

A.R.S. § 44-7111 does not apply to tobacco products other than "Cigarettes", as defined above. Thus, does not apply to smokeless tobacco, cigars, and pipe tobacco, as long as such products do not meet the definition of "Cigarette." A product that meets the definition of a "Cigarette" is subject to the law, regardless of how the product is labeled. Other tobacco laws apply to all tobacco products or to specific tobacco products in addition to cigarettes. For example, the PACT Act applies to cigarettes, roll your own cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco but not to pipe tobacco or cigars, while the prohibition on selling tobacco products to minors applies to “cigars, cigarettes or cigarette papers or smoking or chewing tobacco of any kind.” A.R.S. § 13-3622(A).

Yep ... they way overstepped with that letter.
However, it's just not worth a fight when I can simply step out of the ring and get whatever I want. :)

Good luck with your lawsuit.

Sorry, I can't afford to fight them. As I have stated earlier, the state has unlimited resources whereas I do not. The bully wins by default.

There's always the option of a gofundme page for WLT, to send a legal letter back..... but I hear you. As for me, this disabled vet got to vent some frustration, and am politely bowing out on this battle. It's time for a bigger garden.
