whats a sucker?
Sun scorch from rain pooling on leaves:I water from the top, just because it’s easier.
If I notice them dry- I water them.
When I break off a week old sucker, it’s a good half inch thick, and is juicier than a celery stalk.
My biggest problem this year has been summer rains on my in ground plants, which is actually managing to over water everything (pale growing tips, looking like it has a nitrogen deficiency is the tell.), including the rusticas! This is also causing a lot of Sun scorching on my rustica leaves.
what are u making as final product?Sun scorch from rain pooling on leaves:View attachment 56652

They seem similar to me I wouldn't worry About that.why are these leaves different?
All of the bottom yellowed ones are the original leaves that where damaged by hail. Most of their stems and or leafs themselves were cracked they didn't really die but they didn't grow either, now their starting to die off. Had a very rough year up until 3-4 weeks ago.some are turning yellow and dying, whys that u think?
