Ladies & Gentlemen, i am back! Everything went fine except one small problem, although the sea was fine/clear/cool temperature for few days we had some jellyfish (Pelagia noctiluca) and this made us to be more careful than usual. Here is me scanning as my wife (sneaky) took a photo.

Sutliff Rum And Maple in a cob that just replaced the Legend that got cologne on it when the bottle leaked on the counter. It's a Missouri Pride with a small vulcanite bit I made. I've had a couple Legends, a Country Gentleman, and now this one and this one is the best. Country Gent is too heavy and not worth the extra money, Legend is priced right, but this one being cheaper and lighter because it's not slathered in plaster takes the cake

The Everyman by Comoy's. Got this beastie a few months back and had to do a full restore: ream, buff the oxidized brown stem, give it a salt & alcohol treatment, and do a retort. Today I packed it with Rattray's Dark Fragrant, blend of Black Cavendish (seems to be English Cavendish) and Perique. Burned sweet, cool, and dry all the way to the heel.

Do you remember the Trojan Horse from the movie Troy? The say to the Chinese/Japanese tourists that is ''ancient (!) turkish cultural heritage'' , Homer was ancient (!) turk and Helen of Troy was speaking only turkish.

For a while I bought into the idea that Kaywoodies are poor quality basket pipes, but after snagging a couple for a song that hasn't been my experience. This one smokes quite well and the tobacco flavors shine brightly.
Today, I decided to break out some Gawith Hoggarth Top Black Cherry, a blend that has been renamed "Kendal Black Cherry". A bit of age has tamed the Lakeland essence and softened the top note.

The left is ''Snakey" (my brother call him this way because he has a tendency to hunt snakes) and the right is ''Truncated'' (my brother call him this way because has lost a part from his tail).
Both cats live in the back of the house, mainly in the garden. ''Truncated'' had absolutely no problem with ''Dayan'' but every time ''Snakey" see her starts he looks askance and growling (and she returns the same attitude), never caught in a fight but they don't like each other.
