This Corojo 99 was grown in the Dominican Republic. This leaf is a deep mahogany reddish-brown. It has a malty sweetness with notes of cedar, nutmeg, and white and black pepper. The smoke is thick, full-bodied, earthy and smooth. Corojo is a robust full-flavored tobacco.

Love it! Glad to see a corojo option return. Sweeter than I expected (which adds balance of flavor, IMO) but with all that complex spiciness you would expect from corojo. It’s a great leaf to have available.
