Flue Cured Threshed Lemon/Bright 5 kilogram (11 lb.)

The 2019 crop is in and the grade can best be described as a combination of Lemon and Bright. This tobacco is the same as the Flue Cured Virginia Lemon and Bright whole leaf except it has been threshed.

Whole Leaf Tobacco offers a special Flue Cured tobacco that is threshed (or stripped). This threshed tobacco is whole leaf that has had the mid-rib removed. Because of the Flue Cure process, this tobacco is high in sugar content at 22% and the nicotine content level is 1.6%. This tobacco can be smoked without blending or casing and delivers a wonderful flavor with the least amount of effort.

The Whole Leaf Tobacco threshing process is done mechanically, so you will find remnants of the mid-rib mixed in. The size of individual strips of Threshed Tobacco is roughly 1 inch x 4 inches with some larger and smaller pieces.

This tobacco will need to be further processed for use – and will require a mechanical shredder – budget shredder or our New Heavy Duty Shredder.

According to federal law, this product quantity must meet a minimum of 10 lbs. 1oz. in order to be sold. We offer this product in 5 kilo (11+lbs.) per bag.
